Achieving Health: An Active Process

Being able to perform your duties, absence of disease? You sleep well, eat heartily, exercise without feeling tired, have no stress and you enjoy life to its fill. Does that mean you are healthy?
The answer is a mighty NO. A person can be without disease but that does not mean that he is healthy. Health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". Well that surely is really hard to achieve but moving in the right direction will certainly benefit you.
When you are healthy you are happy. You do your job well, help others with their tasks you not only perform your duties but also serve the community and the nation.
These cannot be achieved when you are sick. Illness and sickness are generally used as synonyms for disease . However, they are used to refer specifically to the patient"s personal experience of his or her disease. ....
